The Speaker Ready Room can be equipped with any and/or all of the following:
- Dedicated on-site event staff
- PC and Print stations
- Internet Access
- Video Projectors & Screen
- Easels and Flip Charts
- Specifically designed posters, handouts, evaluations forms
Every presentation uploaded in advance and brought to Speaker Ready Room is organized in our system based on your event criteria for example: date, room, and time of presentation. The presentations are uploaded into correct presentation room before the presentation starts, ensuring quick and easy access to appropriate files.
